Details:
1. The Symposium is being sponsored by Fr. Antolin Uy, SVD, Church Historian at the DWST.
2. All the presentation are given 20 minutes each; keynote is 40 minutes. There will a general open forum at the end of all the presentations
3. The speakers will receive a stipend and will be fetched and brought back from and to Manila and/or Quezon City. Departure from Tagaytay is right after lunch.
4. A final paper for publication in DIWA (DWST’s academic journal) will be submitted to Fr. Randy Flores at a later period. The final paper should be of 2,500 – 3,000 words long.
5. Audience: DWST Academic community and interested parties in Tagaytay and its environs. Classes at DWST will be suspended for the symposium.

Innovative Ideas on Doing
Biblical Apostolate. Each student must prepare an innovative (new and unique)
insight, idea, or demo for the biblical apostolate and we will brainstorm them
in class on Feb. 18.
C.
Bible
Sharing Experience. Each group must at least experience one bible sharing
session in either the Nazareno Parish (DasmariƱas) or Sacred Heart Parish
(Kamuning, Quezon City). You do this before Feb. 18 so you can share your
experience with the group on Feb. 18 meeting. Submit
a written report of the experience also on that day. The coordinator in
Nazareno is Larry Pilario; coordinator in Kamuning is Dr. Jojo Lumitao, MD
(09158759041).

Conference. Assist in organizing the
conference on the “History of the Bible in the Philippines” (Feb 24, 2016).
